Many options for single family, duplex, fourplex, and small apartment landlords. We have your best interests in mind and will document and communicate back to landlords pertinent property condition information they may not know otherwise. We keep an eye out for maintenance issues and report those to landlords as well.

Seasonally appropriate preventive treatment on the exterior of your home, including exterior rodent bait stations to eliminate rodents before they have a chance to enter your home. Interior monitoring, treatment, and trending to ensure there are no unwanted guests. Appointments personally scheduled with homeowners NO robocalls. FREE touch ups if pest return before your next regularly scheduled visit. $90/Quarter

This service is recommended for areas of intense and extreme pest pressure, such as homes on a lake or residences surrounded by fields. Includes all features of quarterly service, preventive visits scheduled 6 times per year. $75/Service

Don’t worry about the cost of eradicating bed bugs, which can be upwards of $2000.00 in extreme scenarios. Our bed bug warranty can be added to either of our residential regular services. In the event you contract bed bugs, no additional fee will be required for coverage. Must be certified bed bug free before service can be added to your account.

Termite services that make sense. Prevention services can be stand alone or added into your quarterly/every other month regular pest service. When it comes to termites, we make sure it’s done right.
